Head of Controlling (m/f/d)

At Quantum Dynamics, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Controlling to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for controlling one of our company groups, managing budget planning for new campaigns and ongoing budget control, as well as accounting in collaboration with the account management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance across various projects and areas, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual financial statements (HGB) and provide insights to inform business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial controlling and budget planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
