Delmar Center, a leading rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Delmar, New York, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our team.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a strong leader who can oversee all supervisory duties for our assigned unit. The ideal candidate will help establish and implement employee policies and procedures, mentor less experienced nurses, and maintain the highest standards of care for the unit.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Handle all supervisory duties for assigned unit
• Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures
• Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice
• Maintain the standards of care for the unit
• Review Resident records & quality of care
• Monitor overall care & review individual Residents' cases
• Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
• Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management

**Requirements:**
• Must hold valid State RN License
• 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
• 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills

**Compensation:**
The estimated salary for this position is around $95,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
