Wholesale Account Executive Opportunity in Non-QM Mortgage Lending

Job Overview
We are seeking an Inside Wholesale Account Executive to join our team in the non-QM space. This role requires a strong combination of interpersonal skills, positivity, and confidence in representing our process, products, pricing, and service to the wholesale broker marketplace. As an Inside Wholesale Account Executive, you will be responsible for increasing and growing our wholesale lending business by developing and maintaining relationships with qualified brokers, banks, and credit unions nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new accounts and maintain existing relationships through daily outbound calls and regular follow-ups.
- Provide loan pricing and scenario guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with operations to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work with partners to assist in account development and client satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations and develop trust through exceptional customer service skills.
- Track and report monthly volume and loan quality.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory industry standards and requirements.
- At least 2 years of mortgage lending experience.
- Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting, processing, closing, and sales procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and account development skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong desire to progress and begin a long-term career with a dynamic company.
- Exhibits confidence and empathy when dealing with current and potential customers.
- Accurately represents Deephaven Mortgage and our wholesale team's capabilities and strengths.
- Conducts oneself in a professional manner regardless of the situation.

- Experience with Encompass/Point/mortgage origination systems (Preferred).
