We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Office Administrator to join our team at Advanced Hearing Group. This is a full-time position that requires proficiency in both English and Spanish.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding patient care and support
  • Manage front office operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient communications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and billing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain accuracy in high-volume environments
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
