**About the Role**

At Canon Solutions America, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician I to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain the highest level of service standards. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient routine maintenance of Canon-supported products.

**Your Impact**

  • You will report product failure trends and serviceability issues with accurate documentation, maintaining precise records.
  • Maintain strong customer communication and satisfaction skills while providing responsive, efficient, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance.
  • Properly manage technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and assigned Canon property.
  • Meet or exceed branch/district metric targets by facilitating performance at an elevated level.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF new-hire class.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for frequent travel.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds and remain active more than 50 percent of the time.

**Compensation Package**
