Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Primary Care Physician to join our team at a reputable long-term care facility in Queens, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality medical care to patients with various health conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Consult with patients to understand their symptoms and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions, such as hypertension, heart disease, and diabetes.
  • Prescribe or administer medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, including test results, prescribed treatments, and follow-up appointments.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
  • Active State License to practice medicine in New York.
