Job Description:

MES Program Management Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of MES programs, aligning them with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MES programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for MES projects
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams


The selected individual will have proven experience in program management, specifically in MES or manufacturing environments. They should possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and MES technologies, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
