Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Loan Processor/Account Manager to join our Wholesale team. The ideal candidate will have a customer service-oriented personality, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience processing mortgage loans. As a Loan Processor/Account Manager, you'll facilitate communication between our approved brokers and Spring EQ wholesale team members, manage inbound requests, and provide a positive customer service experience to all brokers and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication between our approved brokers and Spring EQ wholesale team members in a responsive and timely manner to ensure that all closing deadlines are met for a best-in-class broker and borrower experience.
  • Manage inbound requests from internal team members and brokers with attention to detail and within assigned timeframes.
  • Communicate with brokers in a customer service-oriented manner to obtain necessary documentation to complete the loan fulfillment process.
  • Provide a positive customer service experience to all brokers and team members.
  • Evaluate and review documentation provided by brokers to ensure documents provided meet the requirements for loan approval.
  • Complete verifications of Employment according to company policies and order, track, and review 3rd party services (appraisal/Flood/Title).
  • Provide processing and administrative support to wholesale team members as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience processing home equity or mortgage loans.
  • Proficiency with loan origination systems and ability to adapt to new technology, automation updates, and other applications.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and prioritize and meet competing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to problem-solve.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
