Job Title: Specimen Processing Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Specimen Processing Specialist to join our team at TalentBurst, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory specimen processing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
  • Operate laboratory equipment, including centrifuges and aliquoting machines
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks
  • Communicate effectively with laboratory staff and clients
  • Work in a biohazard environment, practicing good safety habits

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of computers and laboratory testing
  • Previous laboratory experience preferred
  • Medical background preferred, including medical terminology

Work Environment: This position is located in a laboratory setting and requires the ability to work in a biohazard environment. The ideal candidate will be able to sit or stand for long periods and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
