We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated $24.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. As a Protection Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
  • Responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
  • Conducting regular and random patrols around business and perimeter sites

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
  • Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles
  • A valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
  • An active CA Guard Card
  • Security experience of 6 or more months
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required
  • Intermediate to advanced technology skills
