">Estimated Salary: $300,000 - $400,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
">Job Description: We are seeking two gastroenterologists to join our brand-new Ambulatory Service Center located on the campus of Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital in St. Peters, MO.
">Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Provide professional medical services within the practicing specialty to the best of your ability through direct patient care.">
- Manage the medical care of patient panels by providing or arranging for inpatient hospital care.">
- Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to ensure excellent patient care outcomes.">
- Perform and document medical histories and physicals in patient records.">
- Provide call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient call coverage in accordance with Medical Staff bylaws.">
- Collaborate and teach advanced practice providers, support staff, or any care team member assigned in patient care.">
- No inpatient rounding during the week, typically working 4 days in the lab and half-day clinics.">
Preferred Qualifications:
">Board eligibility or licensure as a gastroenterologist.
">2-5 years of experience in gastroenterology.
">Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
">Strong clinical skills and knowledge of gastroenterology.
