Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Overnight Asleep Counselor to join our Adult Residential Services team. As an Overnight Asleep Counselor, you will work closely with Program Managers and Administrators to provide high-quality care and support to adults with developmental disabilities. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Asleep Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

• Developing and implementing individualized plans to promote growth and development.

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client progress and incidents.

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid NYS driver's license, preferred.
