Job Title: Principal Software Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Architect to join our team at CoStar Realty Information, Inc. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software systems that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement software systems that meet the needs of our customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software systems meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure that software systems are properly understood and maintained
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and development practices to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on designing and implementing complex software systems
  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, SNS/SQS, S3, API Gateway, ElastiCache, and DataBricks
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and modern source control and CI/CD technologies
