Head of Retail Sales and Brand Experience

Role Overview
The Head of Retail Sales and Brand Experience will be responsible for leading the retail sales and brand experience teams at Diageo. This role will focus on maximizing brand impact and sales in both brand homes, while maintaining a culture focused on best-in-class hospitality, brand experience, and brewing creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and brand awareness
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver unique consumer experiences, tastings, events, and creative activations
- Manage $25MM in operations overhead and $2MM A&P
- Collaborate with the Commercial and Guinness brand team, distributors, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Represent Diageo in local and state relationships, and build critical partnerships
Requirements
- Minimum 5-15 years' experience in senior hospitality general management roles
- Strong leadership and ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability in research, financial analysis, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Craft beer and engineering experience preferred
