Mixology Expert

As a Bartender at TGI FRIDAYS, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, expertly mixing and serving drinks, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• ID and verify the age of guests ordering alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a seamless guest experience
• Prepare and serve drinks to guests, adhering to standard recipes and company policies
• Provide personalized service to repeat guests, learning their names and preferences
• Coordinate food orders with the kitchen, ensuring timely delivery to guests
• Upsell guests on food and drink items, where appropriate
• Adhere to all relevant brand standards for service, ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience

Requirements:

• Dress professionally and maintain a well-groomed appearance at all times
• Operate the POS system, make change correctly, and process credit card transactions
• Respond calmly and professionally to guest complaints, notifying a manager as needed
• Pass bar validation and maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, responding to their requests and needs
• Work in a fast-paced environment, lifting 30-pound cases and carrying them short distances
