Job Summary

Kilter Termite and Pest Control is seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for performing pest control treatments as outlined on job orders.

You will work closely with customers to set expectations for the treatment they will receive and ensure effective treatment. Additionally, you will be required to enter crawl spaces, attics, and other areas to ensure effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform pest control treatments as outlined on job orders
  • Communicate with customers to set expectations for the treatment they will receive
  • Enter crawl spaces, attics, and other areas to ensure effective treatment

Requirements:

  • Valid Applicators License with the Structural Pest Control Board
  • Valid Driver License and safe driving record
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers
  • Ability to lift 35-40 lbs. on a regular basis
