Homes Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Homes Sales Professional to join our team at Lennar Homes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their home buying needs and provide them with comprehensive knowledge of our products and community features.
- Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and provide consistent follow-through from initial contact to post-closing.
- Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, and education assistance.
