Executive Chef

Sunrise ShopRite is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our Sunrise Kitchens team. As a key member of our food service department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and catering services.

• Develop and implement innovative menu plans to meet customer demand and drive sales growth.
• Lead a high-performing kitchen team to ensure seamless execution of daily operations, meeting quality and safety standards.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate inventory management, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our culinary offerings.

• 5+ years of experience in a senior chef or executive chef role, preferably in a supermarket or restaurant environment.
• Degree from a reputable culinary school, with a focus on food safety and sanitation practices.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
