Lead a Team of Sales Professionals in the Northeast

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our team in the Northeast region, spanning from Maine to Pennsylvania. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving overall sales growth and increasing market share in this critical region.

Our company has over 30,000 customers and 1,600 team members. We're a comprehensive full-service fire protection business with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions in fire suppression, sprinkler systems, and alarm systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Set clear goals and objectives for your team and ensure alignment with company vision
  • Lead weekly meetings and conduct deep-dive performance reviews to drive sales growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes and consistently utilize technology to enhance efficiency
  • Conduct quarterly training sessions to upskill your team and ensure they have the necessary tools to excel in their roles

Customer Experience Management:

  • Understand customer needs and pain points, and work closely with the SAM's and operational teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer issues and complaints, providing guidance on customized pricing strategies and acting as lead negotiator on large opportunities

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience
