LensCrafters is a leader in the eyewear industry, dedicated to providing exceptional eye care and personalized service to our customers. As a Licensed Optician, you will play a critical role in delivering our brand promise and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with customers, setting clear expectations and delivering exceptional service
  • Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Act as a leader in optical acumen, providing expert advice and guidance to customers and colleagues
  • Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear, and ensure finished products meet standards and customer needs
  • Assist the team with complex product needs and prescriptions, utilizing technology and product knowledge to drive results
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies, taking pride in store appearance and maintaining a clean, attractive, and organized environment
  • Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and committed to continual learning and improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High School graduate or equivalent, State Licensure, Optical dispensing experience, Strong customer service skills, Knowledge of current store merchandise, Strong basic math skills, Awareness of current fashion trends, Selling skills, Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators, Embrace new technology and change

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous customer service and retail experience
