Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at GPM Investments. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, emptying trash bins, and refilling window washing stations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with a smile.
  • Upsell and suggest products to customers, promoting sales and achieving sales goals.
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and achieve team goals.
Requirements:
  • Age requirement: 18 years or older (21 years or older in certain states).
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical ability to frequently lift 10 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
