**Salary Range:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to enter the healthcare field and provide exceptional patient care. As a Patient Care Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients suffering from end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing routine tests.
  • Assist RNs with patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous healthcare experience preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working around blood and needles.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
