About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Travel Nurse with experience in Progressive Care Units (PCUs) to join our team. As a Travel Nurse, you will work closely with patients who require continuous monitoring and specialized care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the multidisciplinary team
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' medical histories, current health status, and treatment goals
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and timing
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including vital signs, test results, and progress notes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and address concerns
