Skilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Naples. In this role, you will be responsible for building, installing, and repairing walls and partitions, including drywall, wallpaper, millwork/molding, and faux finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair finishes, such as laminates
• Perform rough-in framing for doors, frames, windows, and cabinetry
• Repair, maintain, and construct wood structures such as partitions, doors, furniture, and similar items throughout the property
• Miscellaneous minor repairs, including tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls
• Loading, transporting, and unloading freight from elevator to designated area using hand truck

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
• Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight
• Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
