Workday Integration Engineer Role

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Engineer to join our People Engineering team at Meta. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Workday integrations that drive business value and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop large-scale Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine problem areas and develop solutions
  • Research and resolve integration issues, including root cause analysis and reporting
  • Develop and maintain detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs
  • Partner with business leaders and People Engineering teams to align on objectives and programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field
  • 8+ years of experience working in Workday
  • At least one full implementation of Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical and integrations experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for solving complex, system-to-system integration problems
  • Familiarity with Workday administrative functions, including tenant configuration, data loads, and payroll configurations
  • Proven record of accomplishment in effectively interacting with large sets of internal and external stakeholders

Compensation

$166,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
