As a nurse with Peak Resources, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices

**Requirements:**

* Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN/LPN in this state
* Current BLS CPR certification
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient computer skills

**Preferred Experience:**

* One to two years of nursing experience in a hospital or nursing facility
