Job Description

A high-performing Business Development Representative is needed to drive sales growth and expansion of our clean air solutions in the North American market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our comprehensive clean air solutions to existing and prospective customers through relationship-building and value proposition highlighting.
  • Demonstrate products to customers and assist them in selecting the best-suited solutions for their needs.
  • Manage existing distribution and direct end-user accounts to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups to ensure effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical services to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of prior selling experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business or related field.
  • Strong understanding of high-value-added product selling, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Channel management expertise, including distribution models and end-user motivations.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and secure buy-in.
  • Self-starter with a creative approach to implementing marketing and promotional campaigns.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds; occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Frequent talking and hearing; frequent standing, walking, and sitting.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and a bonus structure based on individual and team performance.
