Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Providence Mother Joseph Care Center in Olympia, Washington. As an RN on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare system.


About the Role

This position offers competitive pay, including holiday pay and shift pay differentials, with an estimated annual salary range of $85,000-$110,000 based on experience. Our benefits package includes full medical, dental, and vision coverage from your first day, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer matching and complementary retirement planning.


Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, prioritizing, and evaluating nursing services as part of the Interdisciplinary Team. You will administer individualized, comprehensive Plans of Care and help achieve unit goals in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.


Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have an Associate's degree in Nursing, a Washington State Registered Nurse License, and National Provider Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Experience with sub-acute care is preferred.
