Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Operations Manager to join our team at New Earth Residential LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the maintenance and operations of our properties, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of community operations, including maintenance requests, vendor relationships, and financial performance. They will work closely with our community managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our residents' lives by providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Management:
    • Coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
    • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
  • Financial Performance:
    • Analyze financial data, identify areas for cost savings, and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
    • Assist with bidding for new contracts and negotiating prices.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident concerns and resolving issues promptly.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Work closely with community managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Foster strong relationships with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in maintenance management, financial analysis, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
