Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to senior management and team members
- Coordinate and manage daily operations, including scheduling, meetings, and events
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects
- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives

Salary Information

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business administration, operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with SAP, PkMS, Kronos, Workday, QlikView, Metastorm, and Labor Management systems
