Job Description:

The Executive Culinary Specialist is responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality food to patients, residents, and staff at Hopedale Medical Complex. This role involves working with nutritionists to create personalized meal plans, managing food inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold foods according to nutritional needs and menu requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation, storage, and disposal.
• Collaborate with the nutrition team to develop customized meal plans for patients and residents.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with menu planning, food ordering, and inventory management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, residents, and staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and menus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
