Physical Therapist for Outpatient Care

About the JobThis 16-week contract offers a unique chance to work with a diverse adult population and gain valuable experience in outpatient care. As a Physical Therapist on this team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with colleagues to develop effective treatment plans, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on orthopedics, concussion, vestibular, and pelvic control therapy.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and current research findings.
- Maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with patients and staff, and adhere to established protocols and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of acute care and/or outpatient experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of EPIC EMR and ability to navigate electronic medical records efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work varied day shifts, including some evening hours, and float between multiple locations.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - 140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
