Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking qualified Mental Health Associates to join our team in Southern Oregon. As a Mental Health Associate, you will work as part of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness, supporting life skills development, and providing therapeutic interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional care. A valid Oregon driver's license and ability to pass a DHS background check are also required.
In exchange for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $19-$22 per hour, plus a night shift differential of $2.50 per hour. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Bilingual or multilingual candidates may be eligible for an additional 5% language differential.
