- Develop, initiate, and execute patient plans of care according to individualized needs
- Teach and support patient and family education
- Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current IL RN licensure by the IL Dept. of Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
- Current CPR certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within six months of hire
- National Institute Healthcare Stroke Scale (NHISS) Certification within one year of hire
