Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Care Associate to join our team at Community Health System. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills in patient care and work closely with our experienced nursing staff.

About the Role

As a Clinical Care Associate, you will assist patients with daily living activities, perform tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, and maintain a safe and clean environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and adhere to established policies and procedures.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must have completed your first year of nursing school or be currently enrolled in a nursing program and meeting the education requirements of the Nursing program. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
