Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

  • Greet and assist every guest in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our stores.
  • Merchandise product displays to create interest and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Romantix.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer literacy and basic math skills.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
