Business Development Manager

Nayya, a cutting-edge benefits experience platform, is seeking an exceptional individual to lead its strategic partnerships. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record in SaaS/cloud environments, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding Nayya's most valuable partnerships.

Our innovative approach leverages machine learning and billions of data points to deliver a more transparent and less confusing benefits experience.
The RoleAs our Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will develop and execute growth playbooks to expand and scale partnerships effectively. You will work closely with Nayya teams to ensure alignment and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Your expertise will drive revenue growth, build high-impact relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to partners.
Key Responsibilities- Buiding strong, strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
- Serving as a trusted advisor to provide strategic guidance and collaboration
- Managing high-impact deals with partners to drive growth and value
- Crafting compelling value propositions to encourage partner adoption
- Developing and executing strategic playbooks to expand and scale partnerships
- 10+ years of professional experience in SaaS/cloud environments
- Demonstrable track record of managing and expanding partnership deals
- Deep understanding of the HR Tech industry, group/health benefits, and the broader benefits ecosystem
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders toward a common goal
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation

- Benefits include: Competitive pay, employer-paid healthcare, stock options
$170,000-$195,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates outside of our New York office area. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
