Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Registered Nurse (RN) will include:

- Utilizing clinical judgment to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with industry best practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Indiana.
- One year of prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), preferably in a home healthcare setting.
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding expectations.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
