Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Visual Systems Architect to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and engineering complete AV systems for multipurpose, training, and executive spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Technology and Real Estate teams to develop new or upgrade existing multipurpose spaces, training rooms, and executive conference rooms.
  • Design and engineer AV systems based on established standards, ensuring seamless integration with video, audio, and display systems.
  • Lead design and coordination discussions with AV contractors, installers, and general contractors to ensure successful installations.
  • Create AV system design drawings in AutoCAD/Visio and modify architectural plans to incorporate AV systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging AV technologies, including Crestron, Shure, BiAmp, QSC, and Cisco codecs/cameras.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of AV systems standards for multipurpose, training, and executive spaces.
  • Provide technical support to project managers and technical staff on AV system designs.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems, providing instruction to local teams on system usage and hands-on support.
  • Collaborate with remote support teams to ensure they are familiar with hardware, OS updates, and programming associated with running the spaces.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in AV systems design and engineering.
  • Experience with Crestron, Shure, BiAmp, QSC, and Cisco codecs/cameras.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Visio and ability to create architectural plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
