Champion Home Builders is seeking a skilled Production Line Team Member to join our team at our Benton, KY plant. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks on the production line, ensuring high-quality manufactured housing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual labor tasks on the production line, including installing, repairing, and replacing shingles.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Read and use a tape measure to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Read blueprints and orders to understand production requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure smooth production.
  • Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools as needed.

Requirements

  • Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience or training.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or modular housing is desired.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
