Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paralegal and Closing Expert to join our team at BROKERS TITLE & CLOSING LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of real estate documents
  • Conduct title searches and examinations
  • Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transaction progress

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a paralegal or title company role
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
