About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, In-Line Brands - Global Health Economics, Value, and Outcomes to join our team at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. As a key member of our Global Health Economics team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive evidence generation plans to support our Neuroscience TA in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence generation plans, including clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence to meet the needs of different external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Global TA counterpart to formulate and update recommended function strategies, including the update of the value proposition and adaptation and training of relevant colleagues on RWE, indirect comparisons, economic models, and value dossiers.
  • Lead US evidence generation needs in collaboration with other Medical team colleagues.
  • Work closely with Medical, Payer, Market Access, and Commercial teams to ensure that evidence generation is aligned with brand strategic objectives.
  • Manage product project budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate with scientific communications to provide GHEVO input on scientific platform and develop GHEVO-related scientific publications.
Requirements
  • PhD in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Services Research, Market Access, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience.
  • A Master's degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Services Research, Market Access, or related field, and at least 7 years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience.
  • A pharmacy/clinical/scientific background is preferred.
  • A track record of peer-reviewed scientific publications demonstrating expertise in Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of own core discipline and good working knowledge of health care systems and health technology assessment guidelines and processes in relevant countries.
  • Ability to understand disease space and appropriately plan and deliver function strategy and studies for specific compounds.
  • Serves as source of expertise/advice for cross-functional team members.
  • Demonstrate commercial/market access acumen.
  • High degree of comfort with ambiguity and change.
  • Ability to anticipate issues/needs and works proactively to address them.
  • Demonstrate distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Have a solution-driven approach in resolving complex problems.
  • Takes initiative, works proactively, with good project management skills and an ability to multi-task and meet tight timelines.

  • Experience in application of HEOR strategies and tactics for marketed products.
  • Experience in neuroscience/psychiatry is preferred.
