About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Associate to join our team in Paducah, KY. As a key member of our delivery and warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, sharing time between completing deliveries and working in the warehouse. Each day will bring new challenges, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet changing shipments and customer orders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Loading all order fulfillment materials onto the truck for delivery and unloading at delivery
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space
  • Stocking material on shelves and picking orders
  • Processing returns from customers and vendors
  • Taking walk-in customer orders in person or over the phone

Requirements and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving history (CDL endorsement not currently required)
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds and work in an unconditioned warehouse environment
  • Good mechanical skills and willingness to learn industry-specific tasks
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a Microsoft-based computer system

Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
