Position Overview:

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Marketing and Merchandising Office. This pivotal role is responsible for steering the strategic direction and implementation of marketing initiatives and product strategies across all retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of marketing strategies for Fine Wine & Good Spirits retail locations.
  • Manage merchandise financial planning, product management, and vendor relations.
  • Direct marketing and advertising efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Enhance in-store visual merchandising to optimize customer engagement.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of nine years of professional experience in purchasing, marketing, or merchandising, including significant supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record in program and policy planning and development.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on talent development and team inspiration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy effectively.

Preferred Skills:
  • Financial acumen and analytical proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
