About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Care Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nephrology and experience in delivering dialysis care. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to oversee patient treatment plans, conduct patient observations, and ensure high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease
  • Oversee patient treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
  • Conduct patient observations and ensure accurate documentation
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality within the healthcare team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing or higher degree
  • Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg)
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification preferred
