About the Position:
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will provide executive leadership for the University Library, driving innovative initiatives and ensuring seamless collaboration among faculty, staff, and students. With a deep understanding of academic technology and scholarly communication, the ideal candidate will foster a culture of inclusivity, equity, and innovation within the library and across campus.
We are seeking a talented individual with a strong track record in library management, leadership development, and community outreach. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $200,000 and $220,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
