About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Gastroenterology Physician to join our outpatient practice in Beverly and Flossmoor, Illinois.

Responsibilities
  • Review patient histories, perform physical exams, and make diagnoses regarding patients gastrointestinal tract
  • Create and explain treatment plans; treatment may include prescribing medications, counseling patients on diet changes, or performing endoscopic procedures
  • Interpret results of diagnostic tests and biopsies
  • Ability to observe, assess, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and physician
  • Refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate
  • Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required
Requirements
  • Medical License in Illinois
  • Board certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
  • 3-5 years of experience is preferred
  • Completed a US Residency Program
