**Job Title:** Hospitality Service Representative

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Service Representative to join our team at The Stayton at Museum Way, a Buckner Retirement Services Community in Fort Worth, TX.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Prepare and serve beverages to residents in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.\
  • Interact with residents, take orders, and provide exceptional service.\
  • Assess residents' needs and preferences to make informed recommendations.\
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and plan a seasonal bar menu.\
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to ensure seamless service.\
  • Stay resident-focused and maintain an excellent experience through attentive service.\
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations to ensure a safe and healthy environment.\
  • Increase revenue by effectively promoting drinks and menu items.\
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.\\

Requirements:

  • Requires completion of TABC-approved Seller Training Program certification course and attainment of TABC Bartender license.\
  • Requires completion of Texas Food Handler's Certificate.\
  • Minimum one-year related experience.\
  • Requires knowledge of and ability to learn food serving, cleanliness, and sanitation requirements.\
  • Ability to use up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or 10 pounds of force continuously to move objects.\
  • Able to walk, sit, stand for prolonged periods; turn, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, reach, push, pull, handle, and carry or otherwise manipulate objects.\\

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
