Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Study Management Associate Leader to join our team at Lifelancer. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Clinical Trial Management Associates (CTMAs) and contributing to the successful execution of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of CTMAs and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
  • Participate in the selection, hiring, and allocation of resources to clinical research projects.
  • Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and lessons learned with the team and other colleagues.
  • Support study teams with Clinical Operations tasks and/or support the compilation and quality of the trial master file (eTMF).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or higher in a scientific, medical, or healthcare discipline.
  • 6+ years of prior clinical trial experience, including experience in a management/leadership capacity or demonstrating prior ownership of management/leadership type tasks.
  • 2+ years of previous direct line management experience.
  • Oncology experience highly recommended.

Salary Range: $112,400.00 - $152,400.00 annually

Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
