Financial Operations Specialist

At Marriott, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and maintain financial records.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience in accounting or financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
